These terms cover your use of Toofey, an IELTS practice site run by Hieu. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Your account
Give us true details and keep your password safe. One account is for one person, so please do not share it. You can sign up with an email and password or with Google. If you think someone else got into your account, tell us at [trantrunghieu815@gmail.com](mailto:trantrunghieu815@gmail.com). We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
What Toofey is, and is not
Toofey helps you prepare for the IELTS test with lessons, practice sets, mock tests, vocabulary tools and AI feedback.
- It is not IELTS. IELTS is a trademark of its owners, and Toofey is not connected to them.
- Bands are estimates. Band scores and AI feedback are there to help you study. They are not official results and can be wrong, so please do not base a decision about a visa, a course or a job on them.
- Content can contain mistakes. The reading passages and the studies and numbers in them may be made up to give the questions something to test. Do not quote them as facts.
- No promise about your score. What you get in the real test is up to you and the day.
Using the site fairly
Please do not:
- break the law or use Toofey to bother or cheat other people;
- copy, scrape, resell or republish the content outside your own study;
- get around limits, paid features or security, or attack the service;
- upload things you have no right to share.
Your content
What you write or record for feedback stays yours. We use it only to give you feedback, show it back to you and run the service. We do not publish it.
Our content
The lessons, practice sets, samples, word lists and software belong to us or the people who license them to us. You may use them for your own study.
Free and paid plans
- The free plan has limits, for example on AI feedback per week.
- Pro is a monthly subscription or a one-time "lifetime" plan. Lifetime means as long as Toofey is running.
- Credits pay for extra AI feedback. If a feedback request fails, the credit or allowance is given back.
- Payments go through Stripe, and prices are shown before you pay. A monthly plan renews until you cancel it on your Account page, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Paid plans are not refundable, except where the law says you are entitled to a refund.
The service
We do our best to keep Toofey running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features. Toofey is provided "as is", and we are not responsible for losses that come from using it. This does not take away any rights you have under the law.
Leaving
You can stop using Toofey whenever you like and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using Toofey after that, you accept the new terms.
Law and contact
